Got home a couple of hours ago and just want to say Thanks - I had a good weekend. Hope to do it again next year. Long live the round nose.

Racers,

After having the cowl cleaned off the 63 Brardahl this last weekend i have to say Im getting old.. Wes my friend.... my bad.. I forgot to hook the pressure line to the pipe. Boat went lean and quit. I took the boat down and the pressure line was not hooked to the pipe.. There is NO WAY that got blown off in the crash.

I hope your boat is OK.. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Again.. Scale racing is a true passion.. but you better be ready to make mistakes.. I did and cost a good boat a chance at the win.

Lets GO SCALE RACING

My apologies

Man! How's that for a nice guy. You run over a guys pristine new scale boat and he apologizes for being in the way. You know, you could have stalled it 6 inches in front of me and it would still be my fault. Your a real stand up guy. You know where the graphics guy is when your ready.

The ironic thing is that I did the same thing on my Miss Madison. Didn't figure it out till open water Saturday and by then there was only 1 race left and couldn't even get enough points to get it in the consolation.

Had a real nice time. Im looking forward to the June battle. See ya at the pond.

Yes I had a great time too. New Timex trimming out nice, I have my entry filled out for June race.

There is the scale roundnose class added to the line up for June too, so sign up those roundnose scales.

Congrats to the winners of the SuperSport45 hydros in the drawing. Ken Hildreth (agian) and Jerry Newberry.

No, you just enter like 20 boats. If you added it all up the guy probably contributed enough to pay for the score clock , the retrieve boat and PA system over the years. I don't see how he keeps up with them all.

I Even get some luck at Evansville, Can you believe it?? I am still working on stuff from that rough water. Cant wait for june, calmer water and maybe my Scale will be trimmed in a little better. Scott Wadlow already sent me some awsome pics of Chucks sport 40, My Scale, and Someones Red 7.5 Flying a little too high. We will be ready to do it again in June, Baby. Phil is going to shoot me if I win any more of his boats. Oh, and Mikey Z, I didnt make the Round Nose final because I didnt tighten the shaft. Thanks again Mark Voorhees for catching that. I still have my prop, Which was good, cause it got me the Joe Rood Trophy the hard way!! Now that, my friends, was luck. Ken
