Congrats Mike, really impressive!!!!
Are there any video of the record run?

Thanks

Jorgen
Pretty sure no one was taking video at the time but we were lucky that a "real" photographer dropped by and took some great shots, I'll post a bunch later...

Congrats Mike!!! Welcome to the 100 MPH Club ! :)

I knew you would get there! Even did it with an old out dated MAC. ;)

Congrats Mike,

Mike has the best SAW boat I have ever seen and it was only mater of time before he breaks the record, well deserved.

Mike,

I can't believe that propeller did it again. You are "The Man"

Awesome display of talent:scratch built boat,old motor,old pipe,&

old propeller, but new ideas to go fast. :)

Well Done,

Mark Sholund

Thanks Guys....

It all comes together once in a while. Had a great weekend with the gang.

And yes Andy the old girl song a pretty tune ;)

Way to go Mike. Years of hard work finally paid off. Enjoy, you earned it.
Yup, and that SP40 oval you set up there years ago still stands, but I know a guy that's getting close...
Tell him to hurry up. I'll be back someday with the new boat. I'm getting the itch to start running more.

To busy with Rob's baseball team right now to do anything. See you later on this summer.

BTW, we have the buoys mounted loose on a tie wrap so if you hit one they come off and don't hurt your boat. :D

But I forgot, you never hit them!

See ya in London!

Not trying to be a "smart ass" but Mike ran 103+ with a 40 boat in 2001, and IIRC, he was the 3rd member of the "100 MPH club" after you and Joe Ingrao.

That little MAC sure does sing tho, we calculated it had to be turning over 33K. :p

Now if I could just join the party, purdy exclusive club though... :D
