I'll never be ready in time! Dang it! Guess I better pick just a couple classes and chase the others int he fall. Got some brand new toys to blast through the timer.

Terry,

Ya know we'll be there for sure :)

Better make my hotel reservations today.

See you in Flint!!

Terry,

Look for me and your ol english/canadian/newly found nexus holder buddy. Being as we're a bit older, we'll be there on the better weather day. Good luck...

I'll be there on Saturday again just to hang out and take pix and videos plus picking up my Pro Cat too!

Ron, hopefully you'll be there on Saturday, I haven't seen you in a long time! Yeah, it's my fault as I don't get to the other side of the state much anymore.

Now Terry's got me wondering who is going to be there this time.

Ron, I'll have the new Joule sporty with me. Molds are all done and such. You can check out it's potential as a .12 sport.

There will be at least 3 of us FE nerds there. We have a number of new setups to play with. Anybody know if Mr. Reesor is making the trip? Haven't bugged him lately.

I'm going to be dragging my Sport .12 along as a "show & tell" thing but stil feel it's a little on the small side for race conditions so I'm anxious to see your boat.

I can't say for sure but I wouldn't be at all surprised if Steve shows up again.

I've got a Reesor inspired rigger I've been working on for months that wont quite be ready. Just not enough hours in the day. I say "Reesor inspired" but what I really mean is ...it's his fault.

LOL Good luck fellas!!!! ;)

Doug :)

The next guy that tells me riggers are easy to build might get a kick in the head.
You finally found that out? :D

I built one and it looked good until I took some shots of it and that's when I noticed that the right sponson somehow, some way got a twist so that it was pointing down. The last time I saw it I gave it away to a friend for parts.

Sounds good Juuuune!

Just got back from a working weekend at Thread Lake with FAST bro's Mike, Mark and Mikey, got 'er all set for the event. Ran our new boat and motor, thanks again to Randy and Walt, all runnin good.

The bridge back was lined up the whole length, sure did feel bad passing all those cars driving in the Nexus lane. Got to the booth and the officer said "hi", I said "hi", he then said "bye" and I said "bye".

Just wanna show off some of the hard work my FAST bro's Mike Nowicki and Mark Stein did to get ready for our first event.

Mike fabricated a new winch/spare tire frame, light mounts, cool O/B mount and did a bunch of welding on our trailer while Mark did the paint (incl. pinstripes!), wired new lights, transom wood, designed our logo and applied some sweet decals Wes Ellet made for us. Mark also donated a set of oars and lifejackets to the project.

Thanks again to Randy Crum and Walt Radzinski from the Southwest Michigan MBC for donating the great running Johnson!

Pretty cool when a bunch of guys work together like this, the results are fantastic:

Here's the trailer as they got it:
