A little off topic but I wonder if its possible to cup a smaller propeller to a point where we can get the slippage down to 5 to 10 percent? I really dont know of a way to test slippage but I believe we deal with 15 to 30 percent from what I've read and heard from people. Any thoughts?

A Eagle tree will tell the story. RPM and speed in real time logging.

You can see how much slip is in the prop at different points as you run.

Can tune the prop for better bite in the corner and see how much it slips.

A GUN CAN NOT DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!

A radar gun is fine for finding slip based on le theory numbers. Your gps is not always correct on your charts so.... . Till now  radar guns and audible tachs were used for comparing actual to theorhetical. I dont need any tricks in the corners. I need the prop to work all away around the course - to me its working or its not.

Im not bound to any methods for better or worse just what makes sense and works, so whatever method you choose is allright with me ;) .
