I talked to mark and he only pulled a couple of these. He retired shortly afterwards and sold the molds and they became seducer I believe is the story. I bought it from Gabe at stumpfab undrilled and made it outboard style

nnice looking outboard ....what tuned pipe are you using ?

Hi Bob.. Hope you are well. Thank you for the ping...

I am going to start with the pipe you see. Its a ROSSI pipe I have had forever and is my go to "setup" pipe. (was wicked fast on my Nova outboard)

I have more pipes at home and more on order.. In the end I suspect it will be outfitted with a Silver Bullet but time will tell.

Now that’s a good looking setup. Which OS carb is that? And tell me more about the mount setup? That’s a cool fix to put a standard PTO on the OS lower. Are the original OS mounting holes still there or was that plate removed?

Hi Jr..

Thanks.. the carb is the 20J.. Love it.. the worse advise I have "took" years ago was to cut off the Low Speed Needle.. (Ya dont need the dam thing!).. nothing could be further from the truth.. LOL. OS does fuel metering RIGHT!

The mounts are designed and machined by me. The lower unit needed some machining as well as the upper pivot arm. The Shaft is stock OS length. The mounts bolt to the original OS mounting holes.

I got the tank mount printed and its going to work great.. Polymaker TPU 93A. Tank slips right in!

This will be the first year IN MANY that my fuel will have castor.. I dont know how I feel about it but I will get that groove back!
