No Don, I don't have any of it.
I've got the needle bases in stock @ $22, the OS needle comes from Tower (best price)-

Send me a p/m if you want one. B)

Sheet, I'm wanting to mount mine on the engine mounting lugs,, is that gonna work with yours??

I for got what they look like. Theres a great little guide on the TT where the throttle cable

is supposed to go,,but I don't use them,,, Thought I'd use that just like an OB throt cable.

Dam, I have an appointment, have to get going,,I'll get back to ya Don, THANKS

Why not just use the OS remote needle right on the carb. Mount another cable opposite the throttle cable to operate it.

Oh, well, I didn't know there was such a feature  It's the first time I got serious 'bout

using one. Thanks Bob, I'll have a look at that.

Edit: OOOooooOOO!! Don And Bob,, You Da Man,,, That's Gonna Work Perfect, I just

happen to have an O.S. 20J carb on that TT :D Gotta Fit, yeah?

The only drawback to using the OS needle right on the carb is it can wear out th O ring prematurely. You have the combination of the engine vibration & movement coupled with the servo trying to hold the mixture arm in position. Been there, done that, wore out O rings. All my needles are now seperate from the motors, I would consider mounting remotely on transom right in front of the motor, just a thought.... ;)

This is a timely discussion indeed. Don, I am switching my transom mounted setup to a carb mounted setup as I found the long run of fuel tubing ~6" to adversely impact fuel draw (low transom coupled with elevated carb on the outboard). Something that could be solved with a small diameter carb or a more closely mounted needle valve. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

It's all good. If after time you start to get inconsistent needle settings & erractic idling, replace the o rings. ;)
