Don. I have already purchased a base from you but you did not have the needle assy then. Can I purchase the needle assy now. The base does me no good without it. Thanks johnOn the way back out to the shop, I'll check what I have on hand.
I have no extra needle assemblies to sell at this time. It is my understanding that Speedmaster/Rossi Sales is working on a replacement for them.Don. I have a needle base but no OS remote needles left.Don,
Do you have small block available?
Not in a hurry, let me know when you get a chance.
Thanks
Doug Long
I have bases just no more OS needle assemblies. Are you going to be making anymore? I’m looking for a 67 size, can be either side, new or used I’m not picky, it’s a stupid nitro boat. lol
Can you still get the needed needles anywhere? If so, message me the part number/numbers and I’ll go try and get one ordered then get you to send me a base.I have bases just no more OS needle assemblies.
That's where the problem comes in.Can you still get the needed needles anywhere? If so, message me the part number/numbers and I’ll go try and get one ordered then get you to send me a base.
Supposedly Speedmaster/Rossi Sales is looking into creating a replacement. My biggest hope both needle sizes are offered. As I previously mentioned you need both sizes to do it right, not a one size fits all. That's where the problem comes in.
OS discontinued the in flight needles and they are real hard to find.
I'll see what I have in the shop.Hi Don, I am needing 2 or 3 small block needle bases and I know its a long shot but I need one of the black round plastic pieces that the needle screws into and the arm goes over and a e-clip for it. I cant seem to find it. I found the brass spiral threaded piece and the arm for it just no housing that holds the needle . If you could find one for me then I would need 2 bases right hand and 1 base left hand just to have both directions covered.
Thank you for checking I appreciate it.I have a arm but no other parts
Let me know if you want it give me your address and I'll ship it to you I'll throw it in the envelope and put a stamp on it no chargeThank you for checking I appreciate it.

No hurry Don I just really appreciate you looking for me. I won a couple more os needles on ebay and I really like how these work. I have a couple of your needle bases and they are really nice and compact. this is my first time using the 3rd channel needles and I cant see how I lived without them all these years . they really make running fun. I have been putting them in more boats lately.I'll see what I have in the shop.
I don't have any of the center pieces. As far as the bases go do you need left or right side mount? Attached pic is a right side mount. No hurry Don I just really appreciate you looking for me.
