You can probably get them from the O-ring store online, the size is 1mm x 1mm x 1mm and the material is Buna ( Nitrile)

Rick, yes, I think that would be correct. I have this picture of my spare o-rings for the Bob Violet needle. The size is hand written in red ink. Unfortunately AcuSeal is no longer in business.

McMaster-Carr also carries them, as well as other sizes for backplate, PTO, carbs, etc. metric and standard. Price per pack about the same as one off oem from manufacturer.

Brad, sorry for the confusion. Hope this clarifies it. Not sure about Boris????
The OS 3rd channel meddle o-ring size is 1mm x 3mm x 1mm and the material in Buna ( Nitrile ). The Bob Violet 3rd channel o-ring size is 1/16” x 3/16” x 1/16” and the material is the same.

Hey guy's,,
These are NOT the correct o-rings for the OS Inflight needles..
Unless McMaster Carr sent me the wrong o-rings!!
The package does not have the same part# on it.
Will try to confirm with customer service.
What I received are too thick & will not fit down through the brass barrel.
Purchased, tried them, no go.
I do have new originals, going to measure this evening & see what I come up with.
