No plans to change it at this time. We have to work out our race date with the winery. We also went to some effort to find a date that did not conflict with any races in Ohio or Illinois. We are also one of only 5 D-14 points races.Unless they've changed itAugust 8th Louisville (Southern Indiana Propnuts)District 14 and 2 racers I need some help with race dates. Congrats to Ryan Hobby for pres in 2009. Mike Schindler You have done Very well. Take a Breath & Thanks for all that you have Done for the Evansville Club, Many of us enjoy traveling & racing there.
It was time for me to hand off the President job to a young gun. THANKS ive worked hard to be sure every racer coming to Evansville felt like they were at home. Now as for stomping me I had plenty of speed in 08 and in 09 the West Coast Sponsons are going on to turn the boat better than yours so if you can get to my transom i will just put my Corky Daily Motor in and CYA..........My goal in 09 is to make and finish every final in the series....Oh and James aint safe either as i bought a 20 hydro just to rub with him...........Happy Holidays May you eyes be full of Elam all of 09............Mikey, you should take a bow. I'm glad you mentioned Don. I almost forgot I have to pay him his cut for 09. He is still going to be the score keeper right? You see I live in Illinois so I know how to get things done here.No problem Wes, maybe I can work it out with Donnie to put you in every heat with the top dawgs.
Wes you still owe me my cut for 08. Your credit might be good but not that good.I'm glad you mentioned Don. I almost forgot I have to pay him his cut for 09. I can't pay you right now. Uncle Rod said he needed some extra coin. You see, he just found out he's moving out of the mansion in Chicago. The feds found him a nice "room" in a "gated " community in Marion Illinois.Wes you still owe me my cut for 08. Your credit might be good but not that good.I'm glad you mentioned Don. Dan The "race" was great and the "wine" was even better. We all camped out at a nearby park and had a blast. Can't wait to do it all over again.HEY BOB, are you going to"RACE" or are you going to "WINE"
It's a state park called Deam Lake. It is only about 6 miles from the race site. Last year we reserved four places together and built bonfires each night, and yes disposed of some wine.Hey Bob,Where is a park with camping at near the wine run??? That would be nice. I'd much rather do that, than I would, go early and get a room at a hotel. Rooms might be cozy and all, but nothing beats camping.
While we're on this camp talk, when the Madison race rolls around in July, I'd like to camp there and stay the next day to watch the big boats. Anybody know where there's a place for that near Madison??? DonB said something bout a campground on the Kentucky side of the river???
