Yes to both, while there is still development going on the bulk of the system is ready for live testing. If you are interested please PM me directly and we can talk about getting you setup to use it.

** Official Release **
The NAMBA Race Entry System (RES) is now available to everyone in NAMBA to use. We have a Facebook page for discussions on all things RES where you can see the latest changes, bug fixes and how to's. You must be a member of NAMBA to enter a race. We will be working on adding Single Event in the near future.
