NAMBA and IMPBA Classes and Rules

I can't seem to find links on either site for either organization on the different classes, descriptioins of them, restrictions, rules and such on each class. Are only certain boats from manfactures allowed or could you run a completely custom boat in any class? Maybe this more descriptive stuff isn't available on the internet but I can't find the links to them either way. I found like general race rules but nothing class specific. Thanks for any help.
