So if it's not a mono it's a hydro? Mono with a wing = Hydro?

Edit:

I don't know if you have to do anything to a mono to make it a legal hydro. All that is written is that a boat must be either a mono or a hydro and not both. You can add temporary appendages to a boat to change it's classification.

Almost all of the boats I have mounted them to blow off and lose the video. I am talking RTR's, Classic Thunder, Sport 40, Scale, everything. I am scared to mount it on my 20 hydro, who knows what will happen to it. Have you ever blown off a twin? I can help by mounting a camera to it
