Ran it again on Thursday, I reset the head clearance to .008, somehow I had it way too much clearance. It runs better and will run the tank out now. I did move the strut under the boat, it launches and runs smooth, just a little hop if you turn too tight.

Big Al and I ran our 30 inch roundnose together, Als electric and mine is .21 nitro power.

It is Al Archer from Wisconson boat, look him up on FB, it was not a p spec setup but it was 4 cell power
