I know it's a long shot but i am looking for a SGX 90-101 boat or possibly a SGX twin. A built boat or a kit but must be in nice shape.
Thanks.

Thanks Mike. Was that a boat that was crashed years ago or is that a different boat that i am thinking about?I have an sg 90. Has not been run since the fresh paint job.
Is that a 80 boat or the 90-101 boat? I had a 80 boat with a Mac 84 in it painted just like that.I have this one I’d sell. Can send more pics tomorrow if interested.View attachment 323694

I am pretty sure that is a SG by looking at the nose and the sponsons. How did the KRE run?Rich,
I would have to take measurements & rely on the experts to verify this for us !

If I remember right the 90 boat is 43” long.Is that a 80 boat or the 90-101 boat? I had a 80 boat with a Mac 84 in it painted just like
If it’s a triple rear sponson SG there is not much difference between the SG and SGX and it would come down to setup for rough water. I won a lot of races with a SG 90 back in the day. Jeff LutzI think i would like to go with a SGX. I had both in the past and i felt the SGX stayed planted better in rough water. Thanks for the offer Mike.
Yes it is 43 triple. I think when Andy built it for me he made is a little wider to accomidate the K90.If it’s a triple rear sponson SG there is not much difference between the SG and SGX and it would come down to setup for rough water. I won a lot of races with a SG 90 back in the day. Jeff Lutz
The .90 was always 4 1/2” wide plenty wide for the big block Cmb’s which are a lot wider than a K90.Yes it is 43 triple. I think when Andy built it for me he made is a little wider to accomidate the K90.

Yeah that is definitely a 43" 90-101 SG. Your 60 boat is a SGX.
