jae .12 zipp fin.... there are four dowels in the sponson,, what has worked best for you??

centered?

foward?

furthest back?

im currently running the fin on the center two dowels...

rear hole in the fin is large for angle adjustment...

what angle has worked best for you.??..

im currently running the fin square to the top of the sponson...

I run my zipp fin on my .12 in the center position

The angle is just slightly tipped back from level .

This has worked great for me this year, 1st place in Dist. 11

I run my Nova Rossi .12 on the back 2 holes ,with a little negative. 3 rd place .21 class Dist 1 .She didn't run the whole season. We don;t have a .12 class .I ran her in the .21 rigger class my .21 zip ran in the unlimited class 3 rd place. Not bad for a First timer running. The setup was with Joe Petro's help & advice. I also run against Joe. He runs Gas .I ran my EasyVee at the last meet. Just finished the build in time. My .21 zip rigger turn fin is also negative . I slotted the .21 fins holes to get negative Since the only thing flat is the top of the tub. You need to look across the top to find level

PS. Joe said he didn't mine loosing to one of his hulls. Just for one heat.
