i came across these things and i bought a bunch of them...they are the coolest little cases...they fit a 42mm 3 blade prop with still room to spare...dont have to worry about a prop getting dinged up..

they measure 1 7/8" L x 1 7/8" W x 1" H

i have 48 on hand as of now... i also have a large case that fits 24 individual cases inside it nicely....buy 24 and ill throw in the large case for free...

single cases are $1.00 ea.

buy 24 for $25.00 and i will throw in the large case and pay half the shipping...

shipping on single cases ;; $3.00 up to 8 pieces in the lower 48 states...

how big we talkin brian??? i figure a two blade prop in the box diaginal,, you could get sumthin a little bigger than 1 7/8" tip to tip...ill get a diaginal measurement for ya...
