The D12 high points season has been highly competitive and most classes are usually not decided until the last race.

It's time to start filling out your entry forms and getting them in. I just uploaded the entry form to the D12 web site: http://www.impba12.com/2008schedule.html

Race location and hotel information is on the flier.

Chuck, I have filled mine in allready and it is in a envelope ready to go!!!!!! I will be sending it in the weekend after the ODMBA race. Gotta pace out my spending just a little, ya know.....LOL

John Crouch

Entries are streaming in a a good pace so far ( three or 4 a day ) so get them in guys. Heat sheets will be made up on the 23rd. Don't delay!!!

This will be my first time at this race. I'm trying to stay at a Marriott because I can use points and save some cash. The best choice (least points) are the Fairfield Inn or the Courtyard in Frederick. Where do most people stay, Hagerstown, Fredrick, or spread all over?

Most people stay at one of the hotels on the dual hwy, about 10 miles from lake. Frederick is a little futher in the opposite direction. Don F says he'll pay for your room, if you lay down in F-hydro.    (Just kidding   )

Mine went out in mail today. I think the last time that I went to this race several years ago I stayed at the best western. Most likely will to the hotel.com thing again this race and see what is cheapest. gotta save a few $$$ when possible.

chuck, stay in hagerstown. about 12 to 15 miles closer, & a much easier drive. btw, the "dual highway" is us 40/alt 40 & is the same road the pond/park is on

OK, I guess I'll just have to suck it up and fork over some cash instead of using points.

LOL!! You're just gloatin' because hitting that clump of crap during that last heat @ ODMBA gift wrapped you 1st place. That's OK, enjoy it while you can as next time I'll know better, pass you on the front side of the course instead of wide down the back stretch.......... :p

Anyone need fuel at this race?

I am buying from Red Max next week.

Prices are as follow:

20% $27.00

40% $32.00

50% $34.00

55% $36.00

Need to know oil content %, and whether you prefer synthetic to conventional.

Also quart bottles or gallons.

Doug
