Bad news. Poland protested the results of a previous heat race. The result is that Poland is in the 15cc Final and I am out.

That's the breaks. Steve is in the 3.5cc Final and we'll be wishing him the best.
I was REALLY sorry to her this Al. Dad explained what happened when we talked Friday. It's really unfortunate things had to happen that way.

Steve,

Very impressive for the first time racing in Europe.

I heard the courses are tight and it is very difficult

to get on the podium.

Awesome Job,

Mark Sholund

A Podium finish at the World Champs is an honorable accomplishment. Especially for a first time at the event.

Congrats Steve Ball.

Was a eye opening experience and you learn very quickly how to race against the European drivers.

Some more pictures of the drivers stand. A huge difference to what we are used to. everything is geared towards the FSR boats.

Mike told me about meeting the gentleman's daughter at our Can-Am this past weekend, too funny!

Thank you all very much! I would also like to congratulate Kevin Traboulay of the Canadian Team for his podium finish. I have a new found respect for anyone, present, past, and future, that has done well at the World Championships.

The people make this hobby, and I was around many that made this trip truly unforgettable. Kevin and his lovely Wife Angela, Doug Sick and his equally lovely Wife Jennifer, all the new friends that I made overseas, and lastly, Al Hobbs, the person that made this dream trip come true for me.

The person that gets the most appreciation from me, is my Wife, Karen, who gave me the green light to take this trip, while she stayed home and worked.
