Went over to my brothers for dinner tonight and once again looked at a site that every time I drive by - I think to myself- this pond would rock........ Started looking a little more on google maps after I got home- now we just need to hit the lottery to purchase the site- :lol: or at least find a way to get permission to get in to test

Got my brother ( VP of a surveying company) checking on it Premo

There are clearly access roads on both sides and the center- so it gets accessed for something- poss powerline work.

The only downside I see is the neighbors on the S/W end .
