Make sure you put lots of lights and power points in. I have had to add lights and power points into mine (thanks Tim) because there just wasn't enough of either.

Nah they were there when you moved in, and probably fitted by a fully licenced electrician, so to speak Probably cost a fortune too.

I agree on the lots of lights and power points thing, my current workshop sucks for that. Shame it's a rental or I'd have that electrician put in a bunch of both. The lathe and the beer fridge don't like being on the same GPO.
