I need some 21 outrigger engine mounts like the one's used in most modern outriggers, and also mounts to suit CMB 91Rs engines, standard alum bar type with the nylon bolts, have tried a couple of sources and cant get anything, does anyone have any ideas

Make them out of Delrin light and strong. Nylon bolts through the sides that go through rubber grommets and nylon spacers to get the spread rigth. Spacers at Lowe's, Delrin and grommets at McMaster Carr.

This is how we do all of ours. Works very good.

Hi again Greg,

what about the CMDi mounts that fit the CMB 91RS engines, are you able to machine that type as well,
