Windy today out of the south but it looks like they had a coupla good days, looking forward to any info once the recovery process is complete!

He did. and Tyler Garrard smashed a FE record. Sorry do not have any times. And yes there was a lot of video been done on the ground and in the air.
 
The Huntsville Model Boaters have 3 records that applications are being applied for from our records trial this week;

1. Rick Grim LSG 27 Jersey Skiff SAW 4.319 , 52.095 MPH

2. Tyler Garrard Q rigger SAW 1.682 , 133.769 MPH

3. Tyler Garrard T Cat 1/3 mile Oval 24,509 , 48.961 MPH

Next race show May 19-22 next records trial July 22-24!
 
I went Tuesday and got to catch up with some good friends and see a few boats run. When the wind stopped blowing (maybe 5-minutes), I did get to see the FE boat go 133---WOW!!!!

We have the lake site now for some really fast electric racers with the lake being almost 2,000 feet long. With the course pretty well centered up in the middle, that gives over 750 feet of shut down area after each end.
