HR .91 vs. VAC .91

Are there any other differences between the HR .91 and VAC .91 other than the induction?

From what I hear from my customers, the 91 VAC has much more torque. The 91 HR's can spin lots of RPM, so you need to prop for it.

Stu what about the internals? Is ot just a straight conversion changing the induction or does the vac have different a different piston and liner?

Yes piston and liner are different one is thicker than the other and wont fit each others case. other parts seem the same
