how much fuel for a sport 20?

Well I'm building a new 20 boat and was wondering if 8oz is standard or if like 6oz with a hopper would be a better set up? I had planned on running 2 4oz but decided to ask what was more common?

I have a six oz. and a one oz mounted side by side behind the engine in my Phil Thomas boat running a Nova. Two six oz. tanks in my RHT with a Mac. I think the metal tank for the Whiplash boats are Eight oz. What hull,engine combination are you building?

my metal tank in my whiplash is 10.6 oz

but i also use alot.

Several people in Fl. are running a little over 10 oz and they need most of it to finish a race, I suggest 10+oz if your engine is a mod and running strong, you will need 9 + oz to finish a race if you want to start as soon as you can to get ready for the clock.

thanks guys for the replies! We run a short coarse so i think my 8 oz might make it, but ill be changing that i guess!
