I've made 28 orders from Hobby King with no problems but I make sure not to order out of stock items, once when I did by mistake I went on live chat and they fixed it up right away.

I do a lot of ordering from US suppliers as well and many times items that show in stock are not and they don't even let you know that it's backordered.

So for me HK isn't any worse than others as long as you're prepared for the quality of the goods that come so cheap. It seems like a lot of the same items eventually turn up being remarked and resold by western companies anyway.

just ordered a t 120 esc from international warehouse that ended up being maylaisa (spelling lol) arrived in 2 weeks or so to my door...ive never had a problem with them but I do understand when someone says they couldn't get there stuff etc....they speek English when you call customer service but remember they don't understand English...just hope it comes in the mail later

Always use Paypal, you get your money back and no vendor can afford a bad rep. with them.

This is why i cant bring myself to order from them....i know of a number of friends who have had the same issues with HK...VERY inconsistent....hope you get your issue resolved Marty....!

Well I have ordered from HobbyKing before without a problem until now. When paying by Paypal they have 2 icons, one the left and one to the right. I tried paying for the order by clicking on the right Paypal icon on the right and it failed to acknowledge that the payment went through twice in a row telling me to try again. Then it ran through on my order just fine using the Paypal icon on the left.

When later looking on my Paypal account I learned that it pulled the same amount out 3 times. I tried to contact them off the 2 different e-mails listed in Paypal and the e-mails bounces back to me as fail to deliver.

In the beginning I also filed a complaint on the HobbyKing web-site about 5-days ago with no response.

At this point I can only hope to get the products times 3 or file my complaint with Paypal on how they charged me multiple times with a malfunctioning web-site.
