The entry form is now available on the site: rcRacingEvents.com. Race is scheduled for September 9,10 and 11. Please note that there are some minor class changes from previous years. Note the "Size Matters" challenge that is new this year. Rod Geraghty has designed this challenge. Motel info is included on flyer. Mail in entries only. Be sure to include "t" shirt info and also if ordering/paying for additional. I just got this thing "published" a few hours ago on Britton's site and someone has already signed up before I got this noticed posted

Thanks,

Stu

I'm in. After watching on MEtime last year....gotta go!

I just wish I could figure out how to get in on the 64.00 rooms! Every dollar counts on a three day event.

RCracing events is a Great site to use....so easy even a cave man can do it!

Mines in.

What about people that don't do "online" stuff?

Can I get a manual(pencil) form to give to them?

Thanks

Jerry

If you know them just get their information and enter for them. Then give them the mail in sheet you printed out and they can mail it in with a check.

love the online entry, pretty slick man.

The motel rates have been worked out this morning after I heard of some problems. Call back to the motel to get the special rate. Mention that you are attending the Clocktower Model Boat Race. Let me know if any problems. I looked at the entries and we are almost a third full on total boats that we can host already. Cut off will happened long before what is published. Racers area is small and we can only have a certain number of people to house. BTW: Buck, you left out a few classes available. Thanks for the quick entries.

as of 11:30p.m.

Hobart Motel says you need to complete the contract in order for them to block rooms and let us receive the special rate.

I was told to call back in a few days to see if a special rate is established.

Please keep us informed, as rooms are scarce.

Thanks

Just fixed the motel rate thing ...AGAIN. The one in Hobart had 35 rooms blocked and they are going fast. The Comfort Suites has 20 blocked for our use. Let me know if any problems again in reserving.

All set.....bet they are going to go real fast!

Thanks for hooking that up Stu, much appreciated.

Third time is the charm. I have my room booked for Hobart, after two failed attempts.

Glad to hear the motel stuff is worked out. Rooms at the Hobart Comfort Inn will SOON be gone. The Comfort Suites will take the overflow. However, only 20 rooms at that place. I have had some phone in entries and we are over 100 boats now. The race is going to be limited to 250 boats because of space. If you wait on this entry, you may be left out. To be officially entered, payment must be received to be in the race. Please advise me of any canceled classes as soon as possible. Doc, are you in a competition with Buck?

Stu, I guess if I go that far I want to race BOATS. Mark and I entered on the same freq so that we would not have to race each other and more importantly, not have to find help. I hope you can accommodate us. Doc

Boats per mile hey? I am going to California with only three boats. I can't keep up with you guys. You may have to race each other at this race if you do well. Again,

lots of new people entered and I am concerned about the regulars entering. Really want to get 4 rounds in and boat count is important for this.

You have three guys that have double entries in classes, Mark Bullard is one, he will be running two twins at once, I have to see that HA :D
