Just saw the latest "Inside R/C" that features Al helping the host Krista Gibbons race 1/8th scale at Legg Lake. Fantastic exposure for our sport, thanks much! :)

Don,

Try www.insiderc.com . It is the Outdoor Channel. The site lists the shows and times.

Thanks Terry. I am unable to see the program myself. I am on Cox cable so we get Outdoor Life rather than the Outdoor Channel which has Inside R/C.

She wore a pink outfit to match the boat on race day. A couple of weeks a go was the program on TV where she had her practice day prior to race day. She wore her Daisy Mae outfit that day. :) :) :) :)

...and yes, she is a looker. And a very nice person off the set also.

I think that they started the show about four years a go. Terry Prather from Prather Products hooked me up with them.

I know that they are budgeted for so much in each of the RC related areas. They do one boat related show per season but found a way to do this segment and they were at Legg Lake when the FE rigger did 124 mph this past Saturday.

I hope that the program did well for our hobby. I have no idea what they used and what hit the cutting room floor. I was running two boats myself and trying to keep her boat going that day. I was beat.

Bob, you're thinking of "Radio Control Hobbies" with Chris Chianelli. I won't say any more.

If you can't get Inside R/C, the past seasons are available on DVD, my LHS has them.

I'm still trying to figure out which one is Bill Zuber in "Love Liza".

It came across very well, it musta been a real test of patience coaching her after only running a boat a couple of times.

I really liked the way you emphasized the fun part and gave her positive encouragement, like I said a great plug for our hobby, thanks again!
