I want to put my 3.5 CMB OB on a CAT, So i hope that cat is there so i can see it.

NT, if you are referring to my mentioning of a Tom's Cat coming down, this is an old standard 3.5 OB tunnel from Octura.. It's not a cat, as in catamaran... Sorry for any confusion.

It was an Octura kit back when they made boats too. It was named after the Owner, Tom (I know that I'm going to screw this up) Perzentka. A play on words, Tomcat. Back in the 60's and 70's they had some popular boats. The Tom's Cat is an old design but I still see them at races yet doing well.

I had my truck packed today before I headed to work. I e-mailed one friend the other day and he finally got back to me tonight. He would have come but guess what? The full-sized tunnel boats are racing tomorrow down in Constantine! If anyone wants to go there later, it's about a 30 mile drive down US-131 from the 'Zoo. I've got 2 rolls of the tape in my truck along with Wade's stuff. I'm going to try to be there by 9:30, look for my Plum colored Ranger. You'll see me when you get near the Lake. My wife is thinking about showing up too.

I just got the forecast for tomorrow. Mid 70's, partly cloudy with a 10 MPH wind from the North. Not bad, the Lake sits in a hole with trees on the North side.

Here are my pics of the day! What a blast! Dale brought 5 boats including his son's Nitro-Hammer. OBnut's wife had the best luck of the day keeping her boat running, & Nitrotoys had a good day with his seaducer. Ron's son Eric had his speedmaster 21 tearing up the water. I finally got my dragonfly to maintain full throttle & I even managed to flip it twice! Dale got the last one on video. Unfortunately OBnut couldn't get either solution in the water. One he couldn't get to turn over with the starters we had on hand & the other one's carb kept backing out! > but every one had a great time!!

Guys, I had a fantastic time! We have got to do it again here or anywhere. Don't let Dale BS you, his tunnels hauled! I only wish that we could have had more time together. I see that Wade got another ass shot of me again, I'm wearing the purple T-shirt with the wet ass from going out in the Leakin' Lena too much! Some of the others took pix and vids so maybe those will make their way into here. Dave Homer did manage to stop by for a few, I haven't seen him in a while and he only lives a mile up the Street. We got him geeked again and will show up for the next one with his fleet. Scott Van Slooten and his son showed up (in shot 2 on crutches) along with SyClyde.
