GOT ONE From "The Don":O.S. Inflight Needle "B"

Didn't get one in either of the two O.S. Inflight Needle kits from Tower.

Don't have enough time to wait for a possible long backorder situation,

I gotta get this thing going quick.

Anyone here able to part with one until I get you a new replacement, or

payment now?

Hey you guy's are real "Princes" among men!

A word of caution here gentlemen: If you order the O.S. Inflight Needle kit from Tower now

your Not going to get the fine needle. I got two in each kit but they were Both the same

needle, the "heavier" tapered ones.

They (Tower & Hobbico) were no help in securing the fine needle from Japan for me either,

they "threw" me into the street to have me do it on my own.

I have spent allot'a $ with them in the last couple years, That can Change Quick, quite easy!

There's a "David Wolf" Product Support Supervisor (of something)that e-mailed

me this morning and said that there "indeed should be an "A" & "B" needle in the

O.S. Inflight Needle Kit" and he wil be sending 2 fine "B" needles out to me right away!!

Wow!, I Got "The Wolf" :lol: :lol: Good Gawd Yall! :lol: I'm IMPRESSED!

Well a Big, Big Thank You Don! Man, Sumthin' really happened Quick. Whoever helped out there

besides our friend Don, Thanks for your action, This is good to see in this Country.

I work as a plumbing buisness operator,, I have to suffer all the time with big corporations that Don't

back-up they're product when somethings not in the box, doesn't fit or work correctly. It mostly costs

the guy on the end, thats me and others like me.

The reaction on the members part here and especially with Tower (I assume) was a good one and it

was also the Right one,,, Very Impressive!

MJ, "The Wolf" sent me an e-mail saying that I could address any future problems

using his or that e-mail addy.

I'm trying to figure out how to forward it from my mail box to you,, I tink

I'm stumped a little on that. Only way I know is for you to PM me you e-mail addy, yeah?

The Wolf also mentioned using the "FAQ's" (Frequently Asked Questions) feature at the

Tower site. Haven't used that yet and STILL Don't SEE YOUR ADDRESS IN PM MJ

"groove" around the knurled knob. Can't thank you enough Don for all you do here,

Your a Huge asset for a Great group of fellow boaters. You kneed (haha) anything,

just holler.

part of Tower Hobbys) and the two needles were The Same I had in the first place!

Now I have "6" Type "A" needles,, and the "one" type "B" I got from Don Ferrette,,,, ahem,, for once I don't know what to say.

Well that needle sure ain't on the Tower site anywhere last time I checked,,but thats not the key point

to the way they use'ta handle this kind of situation. Usually if you had the O.S. part # they would back-order

it for you, no problem,, you didn't have to bring in "The Wolf" before. It must be Bush again, I heard He lied.

I got 3 of these OS needle kits each with coarse and fine. As one is on my 67 hydro I would have a fine needle spare...
