when it gets on the water, I really dont want it to be to fast for my Grandson 25-35 would be enough..lol he has got pretty good with his mini-T and his Mini Thunder though is that proboat motor about the same size as a ul-1 ?
The UL motor is higher kv so faster rpm but loose torque.
The UL motor can work just have to keep prop size down. Also would need to keep it as light as possible.
The other motors would be better choice in my opinion. Then could also prop down and even set throttle range to half till gets the hang of it.
I have an old SV27 motor that I use to run has some wear and the magnets need to be reglued to the can if you want it I am not going to do anything with it I can send it your way if you want to fix it? I use to run it I'm my boat just ran a bit hot with larger props and broke itself loose from the heat but motor ran great till that happened.
if mas epoxy would work at fixing it sure, give me a while moneys kinda tight and I will swing some your way for shipping, so hang on to it for now, Thanks
I'm not concerned with the shipping ill send it your way with the decals.
A few different glue were recommended to be.
Jb weld and some others ill have to find the info on. Lot cheaper to buy glue then an entire motor.
I also have generic 1800kv motor I just remembered that I am willing to also send you. It was a gift to me and I'm not going to be using it so no problem re gifting.
