that cat looks very similar to Jay Turners "quickie cat" from a while ago in RCBM [not that im saying you copied it, he never published plans to it as far as i know! ], same kind of really wide design....
does it have wedges on the sponson bottoms?
Matt and I are taking another attempt at making a .18 nitro-powered xs cat, not sure if we'll use the wedges or not- is it true that wedges make a cat illegal for offshore?
The Cat is of my own design. It is based on a small electric speed 400 boat I did a while back. If you look at the sponson profile It sort of resembles an inboard tunnel more that it does a cat. The sponsons only has 4 sides. Most cats have a 5-sided sponson.
