Hey Guy's,

I think Tom still has the CAD file for the project and Grim may still have the measurements for the fuel cell.

These are the only pics I can find on the hull, the rest have gotten trashed somewhere, scan's from a friends camera:

Hull was rigged with Octura hardware,Trinity Picco .12, 1938 prop, Mac pipe.

Best run was around 53mph

I am going to do a updated version with ideas I have gotten from all the current posts on the forum

I do have a question though. This might be a dumb question, but if this is designed for SAW, why is the sponsons offset? Is it to compensate for prop walk? If this is a dumb question please forgive me, but I am still very new to riggers. :-[

Hi Wade,

It was about 16 degree's last year about this time when these pics were taken, We were shakin so bad I am suprized they came out at all Brrrrrrrr........

The sponsons are adjustable and slide in and out on the brass inserts. Some guy's offset them for Oval. I just had them offset in these pic's. For my SAW runs the tub was centered and sponsons about 8 1/2 inches apart.

Hey Hammer,

Thanks Man, the narrow tub was my idea, the sponsons were Tom's design, This hull was a spinoff of Tom's FireFighter .12 series.

kinda off subject but didja guys notice that everyone's lil .12s are riggers? mine's a rigger 'cuz Toms Firefighter designs on here are free [ ;D ;D] and Hammer's a speed demon [yep, im judging a guy by the vids of his boats!! ;D ] im curious as to what a .12 mono would be like......maybe for my next project i'll stick a nitro in a 8-12 cell elec. and see what happens!!
