flex shafts

[Gator 340]

As it says I am needing some 1/4 inch shafts for gas out boards I was hopeing Chriss over in aussie land could help me out with this. The shaft need to be made from real flexible cable such as huegheys or the old cable that had the red stran in them.

Any help would be great oh yeah they need to be around 6.5 inches long if some one can help I will get exsact measurement.

Sorry I didn't reply to your PM, I would love to help out, but at this stage I don't have a die to make them and don't plan on doing them anytime soon. Hopefully someone who makes the 1/4" shafts for the inboard guys can help

Thanks buddy I will find some one some where. We tried Tony's from warehouse hobbies they are just to stiff I broke a brand new one of his during a launch a couple of weekends ago.

heres a idea, buy some long huey shafts, cut to size, then send to tony to have ends squared..
