Could we get a meeting agenda and time schedule posted prior to the meeting? Would like to come prepared.
FYI - Club Presidents. There will be discussion lobbying for a minimum 3 weeks between D4 races. Grandfathered dates to take precedence. Be prepared to change dates for 2018.

I would like to jump on here for a sec...
Doug, can you just call Al, (his number is on the IMPBA website) and ask him about the agenda.
I suspect.. He might have questions about your proposed additions to the agenda posted above. I suspect he would want to add them or enter them in under new business.

I only asked here because this is where Al posted the meeting notice and we in D4 have been using IW as our official communication tool.
By the way I think my phone number is also listed on the IMPBA.. I must be somebody.

I will not be able to attend the D4 meeting in a few weeks. I will submit the D4 1/8th Scale information to you prior to the meeting to present at the winter meeting.

There has been a lot of consideration put into the dates chosen by Riptide as to not compete with Neighboring districts. In past years we raced the same dates in all 3 of our events as Evansville. Some from our club and many from the district enjoy a road trip to every now and then. Our goal was to not make a racer have to pick a district race or out of town event.

Al's got my number as we have spoken many times this year already. So the comeback was aimed kind of in his direction. For some reason things are extra quite right now.
Here is a nice glitch though - I too can not make the D4 meeting as scheduled. I could make it the next weekend.

Recieved some bad news last night . We had a death in the family. Not sure I will be able to make meeting on the 2nd. Trying to work things out. Jeff will be there.
