Thanks! Noticed this one came with the oil groove in the drum housing.

all 3 of mine had the groove , I added it to my 67's though before running them .

Finally got a look at my new 91 Vac, this after 24 runs or about 3 gals. of fuel, just starting to break in. Very impressed so far, it's gonna be a stump puller!

Piston showed some evidence of hitting the head at 0.012", backed it off to 15.

As on the 45 the backplate to case showed rub marks, re-assembled with silicone.

Needles looked and miced good, put them back in.

Here's what happens if you're not patient enough during break in, interesting it galled on the cold side.

Completely my fault, pushed it too hard too soon...

drill the outside fuel nipple, its removable, screwed in and the inside spaybar to 101.

Well with three gallons through its just about time to replace and I know someone that could use a couple worn out VAC 91's. lol
