Harvey I just dont run 90 degree pipe pressure fittings. They have always caused a problem ever time I see them. Carbon or castor fur ball will stop them up quickley. A CMDi large Pipe pressure fitting would be nice. 
Remember the fuel pressure system starts @ the Pipe & Stops @ the Carb inlet Nozzle. Everything in the system can cause you problems, Even a restricted fuel filter can drive you nuts.... I dont run small filters. I buy the largest filter you can buy & install. I`am sure Jose can find the problem......
