The CMBC hosts our annual IMPBA Time Trials October 23rd and 24th.
Competitors will be racing the clock in their respective classes for 2-Lap 1/3 and 1/4 mile speed records recognized by the International Model Power Boat Association.
Sign up for drivers available at the lake venue, IMPBA membership required.

Mark Grim broke the P hydro 1/4 mile record, with his P-Limited boat. And got pretty close to getting the 1/3 mile.

and BTW, the 14.xx that he went is the fastest 1/4 mile fast electric record ever.

All in all, I think we managed something like 10 new records over the course of two days of trials.

Well done Mark!! You broke the IMPBA P Hydro 1/4 mile record with a ''limited" boat? Fastest 1/4 mile FE record ever? For clarification that was a P Hydro with a NAMBA legal P "limited" motor correct?
