Great idea Chuck, Zipp Kits has a nice printable one under their help section of their website. Works for all RC boaters.

Are you thinking of the sheet Ron Zaker Jr. put together that we use to record all our setup information about each hull? ie: CG, engine, pipe & pipe length etc.
