I have been in contact with Nick and with his dad. Maynard Cagle has nothing to do with what is going on and can not help. Please do not contact Maynard. He is a really good man and is older with health issues and really doesn’t need this. Or any of us bothering him about it.
In my opinion Nick set out to scam as many as he could. I know of about 6 people who have bought from him in the last 3 weeks. One item was received. none others that I know of have been received. And I am in the loop.
I vouched for Nick on 3 of the deals. I’ve known Nick for atleast 5 yrs. His dad is NOTHING like him.
I have contacted the authorities here and will be contacting the authorities in Alabama today.
If you wish to contact me with your info I will let the authorities know about your issue as well. Or you can contact your local PD And ask for a financial crimes detective. This is very clearly a crime.
This is where to start as I have spoken to someone who would know.
Also, if he is on probation or on bail this is clearly a violation of either. I don’t know what the status is. But Google can be very useful.
In Florida it is very easy to find out. Alabama does not seem as easy.
I do not know why he is doing this. But he is clearly not delivering refunds or products. or answering messages and calls For some people. And the ones he does answer have been more BS!
One would ask. If it wasn’t a
Scam why not just ship the stuff. That’s the golden clue. He has said on more then One occasion it did ship. Until I told him I can see when something is coming to my address from either ups or usps and there is nothing coming

I don’t know what the deal really is and don’t care. Refund is the only fair way out. I wouldn’t trust anything from him at this point.
He has actually used the term “his legal team” lmao. Honest people don’t need legal teams to do 99.99% of transactions.
