Wow now I know why I got a gas boat. Those guys never have any disagreements.

I have to keep reminding my self it's just a toy boat. As I spend every spare minute working on them in the garage. <_<

It dose not have to be this complicated .

Well lets look at it this way, If its a NAMBA D-3 High Points Class, then you need to provide a Hat,Shirt,Jacket for 1st 2nd & 3rd ect... at the end of the year, now do you see why it was dropped ?? we dont have any fXXin money !!! Da.....

What class is next ?

Stop adding classes without a trial period of success (Sport 21) wafw

Joe i agree maybe with new classes coming in make the probation longer and say you have to have like 5 boats per class to make it through probation period then when it does make it you know you will have enouugh boats at all races

You got your shirts .....(I think ??) I found out that Bill has a stash of Mac 67's ...lets put some pressure on him guys !!!!!

BTW I had a great day at the pond yesterday at Brandon despite the wind , some good running . Hopefully all the clubs and lakes in the area will get on track for a good racing season in all classes . Lifes too short for us to all not get along ...let's keep it fun . :D :D

Hope I didn't offend anyone just strike my comments from the record and I'll keep my mouth shut and race ..I hate politics and requirements .

WELL YOU SURE PISSED ME OFF TO NO END! .....................Just kiddin  I agree with you.....but would you stop beatin up on the entry level classes...oh , i forgot Carol is gonna drive yer TWIN 90 HYDRO IN HER FIRST RACE!!! You are right in that the classes should be offered, points or no points...if the class makes........ RUN EM! Love ya Man!.....Windex Man........OUT! :)P.S. because of all the friction, ive decided to step away from racing this season....instead im gonna stick my radio gear in Me and Judy's Kayaks and race each other in the backyard..thats about my speed anyway!Maybe ill fly some Ukie too as this R/C boat stuff is getting too STRESSFUL!
PLEEEEZZZZEEEEEEEE Your running my 67 hydro , i'm gonna build another to pump up the numbers . Don't argue ....done deal !!

I have some comments and questions in this matter. I understand about a class not qualifying for a Yearly High Points Award due to lack of entries, but removing any potential entries from a standard entry form is clearly counter productive to the growth of the district. The C Hydro class seemed to have some healthy growth last year based on the need of two heats instead of just one at Brandon and Tampa. I know of of someone that has intentions to build a new C this year.

I admit the only sites I traveled to were on west coast. Those clubs were willing to offer what I enjoy running. I was planing to do some East Coast trips this year. However, if %33 - %50 of our field is not offered...we'll be staying home with the whole fleet. I may have to wait and travel much longer distances to some high quality IMPBA events.

I fail to recognize the advantage of removing any class that is a legitimate NAMBA class from the registration sheet? I'm with Tom, offer all the classes and see what enters. Is this only about money? How much does it cost to trophy a class for a District 3 High Points? Who won C Hydro last year?

Respectfully,

Mark Grannis
