Be careful Scammers newest scam

MHardware here. Now my account is security lock and it says it wants me to reset password. Saying it sent an email to me. Which it did not. Not sure I want to click on anything anymore.

Things are getting bad everywhere online.

if u dont know somebody verify emails addys and check url's. most people dont pay attention but an email should make sense. if ur communicating with frank smith then the email should be fsmith or franks or something believable pertaining to his business or location. google email addresses ,u learn allot. if they dont have any social media its a red flag. if they have socials but everything was created last month and there are no pics of them or any person just a couple memes and no post =red flag
watch when u click links to see how many times u get "bounced" the url shouldnt change or maybe once and there should be a connection to subject matter. urls and emails with random jubberish and no real words are a def red flag

I like using the bank to bank app, Zelle....clean, fast, no fees.
However, I'll only use it with people I know and trust.

There are guys here that I use Zelle with, and we've never had any issues.

To use it in the wild with unknowns has the potential for issues akin to the other payment apps.

Internet fraud is on a steep rise, presently. Personally, I'd advise against any buy/sell on Facebook Groups....they're fraught with fraud and fake accounts, yet even when presenting proof of such to Facebook, they ignore it.
I've been nearly burned on 4-5 Maine Coon cat possible purchases, and some rc boat engines, too.

Moral of story is, don't let your desire for something overrule your common sense- if it's too good to be true, it's probably no good at all.
