4s battery packs for my rigger? Recommendations

Hey guys I was wondering what battery packs do you guys use for your riggers when racing 4s. Now do you guys recommend soft packs or the hard brick looking ones I'm just curious because I go on to other sites and I see a fair quantity of both what's your guys recommendation
