ey ken the prop u lent me at the nats wasnt a X440 it was a X447 for my 7.5 i still have it i havnt run my 7.5 since the nats if u r gona be ther ill give it back 2 u then

NEWS FLASH........

Craig (Rubens) Murphy wins 2006 A/OB NSW Country Champs.

Congrats to Rubens on a great effort, driving his Team MJ Racing OS Powered TS2, he sucessfully piloted the boat to a three starts for three wins result.

Unfortunately in the third race I was under team instructions to park the Shaman at turn buoy 1!

Great effort mate.

Thanks to all the guys for coming along, I will see you all at the Winter Spectacular at Penrith in August.

Lets all get organised and get to Sydney, it will be great.

I want you to test it with the stock crank first, but most of the other stuff I told you about is now done. I've still got to adjust the head button some more - hopefully I'll get that done tonight or tomorrow night. I've got to get myself a lathe someday rather than having to travel to a friends place to use his machine!

The bearings aren't so hot but feel better after I took them out, stripped and cleaned, then re-assembled. it will be interesting to see how they are after some fuel goes thru the motor.

Well thanks for the comments guys, I have to say though if MJ didn't stop he would have cleaned up, but I did what any good team driver does and brought home the results when "Shumi" couldn't. With only my second race under my belt I'm very happy with the results, I did make a few amateur errors on the day but as they say "to finish first, first you have to finish".

Anyway a very big thanks to my trainers "Jack and Jim", and the support crew Carlton and Draught

Very big thanks to my family for letting me enjoy my hobbies where ever they may take me, and to Mark for the use of the Team MJ Racing TS2. Also a big shout out to Jerry Dunlap for designing a very easy to use weapon in the TS2, well done mate I have enjoyed driving it. Also thanks to the other competitors and the officials for putting on a great event.

Looking forward to racing at the Winter Champs.....
