HAHA that is good to hear Gino, I am glad you got it going finally. What have you changed recently to get it going? Has the engine had any mods?
It's amazing what that SPP pipe I got off you can do (along with a few other tweaks). Are you coming to Winterspec?

Glad to hear it worked out for you Gino! You gotta race test that bad boy.

Sorry I couldn't make it - I'm still struggling to get over this damn sinus infection and have to avoid going outside (stupid wattle pollen). Got some work done on the EA O/B tunnel though B)
Tim, those infections suck! I just got over (while not quite yet) my sinus infection after 2 doses of antibiotics.

Yep Gino it sure does suck - I'm on the second course of antibiotics now.

Kesso, The mod boat - well it's kinda ready  It can wait till after WS though. Realistically Setting it up how I want on the water and getting it race ready will take a while, and I don't have "a while". I'll just have to run the OS/ villain until then.

The EA tunnel might be running in plain white guise for the WS but other than that it's so close to getting wet.

Well Gino's boat goes very well in races too now boys - saw it 1st hand today and it looks slick. Ran 1.41 with room for improvement with a better start and tighter lines.

It's looking like Winter Spec is going to have some great battles in A O/B tunnel this year. Just surviving isn't going to cut it. The victory is going to be earned..... B)

Gino should be very happy with how the boat is going by the sounds of it. Better rig up some kind of anti-tamper device on all the adjustment screws so the setup can't be lost!

Gino.... Don't change anything!!!!

We all know you like to fiddle just don't!

Or you can if you really want too hahaha!

Hey kris congrats again champ! Say hi to mum n bubs for me.

Sounds good Greg look forward to seeing it!

Hopefully the weather was as nice as it was yesterday beautiful weather a day and great water!

Yes Tim, unfortunately, they are are exactly the same, the problem is with the crankshaft!

It seems I am "lucky" enough to have a CMB .45 RS crankshaft that has a Gear Drive rear and a Direct Drive front. The rectangular drive pin for the Zimmerman Disc points in the opposite direction to the direct drive version

You are having such a dreadful run of bad luck with CMB cranks James!

Do you have sufficient parts from both cranks to make one good one?

Also, what was damaged in the 21RS OB? Bearing or worse?

I haven't looked at the .21 RS OB yet, I've been busy trying to find parts to rebuild the .45 RS with the broken crank, now that I realise my spare .45 RS is a DUD!!

Do you guys know where I can get the kit for mounting CMB, Rossi, or other engines to the 7.5cc OS, Lawless, or K&B lowers? I want to experiment in the 45 and up to the 90 or 101 engine sizes. Thanks.

Ken Retallick who is here on IW can help you with some of the things you are looking for.
