Had a fin on my old SD1, tried it on the Speedmaster but found the outer tabs were better.

You will find a lot of guys and girls are running too much propeller diameter for great RPM.

When you reduce the diameter you may need to shorten your pipe a little to take advantage

of the increased RPM.

Yup, that's what I am learning. What prop do you like best for generating the higher RPM?

I put on the mini rudder as Terry suggested. It is half the thickness of the standard rudder. That should help a bunch too. Have not tried it yet though.

I think the 1614/3 is a great propeller once you find the right diameter

for your boat set up and strut depth. If you have a real strong motor and like

To run long pipe lengths I think a reduced 1615/3 chopper is a great option as

well. With these motors it is all about RPM and smaller propellers to spin up the

Pitch and Speed.
