Well, as Turkey TT go this one wasn’t the best BUT it also wasn’t the worst. Mother Nature played games with us for the majority of the 3 days. Monday was a complete wash out with winds in the 20’s and freezing temps. Mark or K1 will post the NAMBA records when they get time. If you came out you got to see some really fast boats, you also got to be cold, wet and muddy.
For the IMPBA day Dr. Brad had his sport 40 smokin’ on the water. His SAW run was 91.556 mph! He also managed to get 1/3 mile at 52.76 and to reclaim the ¼ mile from young son, Master Will, who wasn’t there to defend it. David had a couple of tunnels. Adam was just short of the 7.5 tunnel ¼ mile record, with his heat racing boat. Christopher tried to get the ¼ with his rigger so many times I lost count, it’s hard to do and REALLY hard to do with 98% humidity and varying winds.
