Hey Gang

I am working on the final list to put in the computer to set up my heat sheets..If you have any changes in your status please let me know ...like destroying your boat while at other races...ect.....I would like to get it somewhat correct the first time I enter it....thanks jj

Hey JJ,

Do you have an updated list yet? Not trying to bug you just wanted to know what classes are finalized somewhat.

Thanks, Blaise

JJ noted a day or two ago that a new list will be published next week. There has been some changes with racers and boats and they will continue, as always, until the race happens. Watch for her announcement.

She's is working on that right now alittle patience. Se has been in and out the hospital and doing the best she can on updating the list.

Jen,

My twin hydro is no more. You can scratch my name off the twin nitro hydro class.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here is the updated entry list from the entries I have recieved. I have listed everyone including the ones on a waiting list. (they know who they are)PLEASE if you are not coming let me know asap. If you have any questions about this list please pm me. Please remember this is a three full day race and due to the number of boats we ask that you check in on or before Thursday to get your packets so Randy Premo and I have time to make any adjustment on heat sheets. Deryl and I will be at the pond all week.

Also Sat night "MeTime" and "JJ Custom Racing Apparel" are hosting a REDNECK POND PARTY....more to come on that..Redneck attire required..lol..if you are wanting to order a Fall National T Shirt I need your orders. I will not have many extra ones at the race.

Thanks everyone...jj

How can we get in 240 heats in 21/2 days, are we going to start on Thursday, or just run 3 rounds ??

Just make sure your tour boats finish the heats. Everything will be fine last year they had just a bit less then this time should be good.

John Knight and Jeni, Ron "The Race Manager" Byrd might come help you all score.

I would love to be able to get my 3 boats in but looks like its TOOOO late! I am just getting back into racing, my first one back will be on Sept 12 a one day here in Florida.

Dick, not sure where you got this info, but its not quite accurate.

There are roughly 52 heats per round, @ 4 rounds = 208 heats.

There is also 3 full days of racing, not 2 1/2 days.

That equals about 69 heats per day. (not including any heat combining we will do towards the end) That is EASILY done.

CMB has put on large races numerous times before, we can handle this one. You guys only need to worry about making sure your stuff is running. :D

Using the racer list Jeni posted last week, and running the numbers, it appears that there are 57 heats now needed per round, making 228 heats for the race. Plus the twin rigger final and any runoffs. If we get a lot of cancellations, then that number comes down. The target time to finish up on Sunday is by 3pm (always been that), time to allow the out of state racers to get home hopefully by midnight. We surely will have our hands full for this race. If all works well, we may be able to pull it off.

The list I posted has the names of all the racers entered..including the ones on a waiting list. I have been in contact with those racers and they know where they stand..nothing has changed. We still have 52 heatsper round.. I have no doubt that our club can pull this off. Thanks Gabe for the vote of confidence. jj

I am not sure who is getting everyone all stirred up about this race but this info is not true. We are not running 240 heats. If anyone has questions instead of going behind my back just ask me and I will be glad to answer any of your questions. thank you jeni

Let's get y it I can't wait. Hey we can put glow sticks and race at night if we have to lol. This race will e the best ever and I know CMB Club will pull it off. I'll help If needed also.
