Bruce, I tried to get a room at the Comfort Inn in Hobart. A problem. The block did not extend earlier than the 18th. Also the rate was higher for Thurs and Wed, about $104. After about 20 min on the phone trying to get a reservation, they did not have any rooms. She said only one person had registered under the "group".

I got a room at the Red Roof in Merryville for about $68.00 a night. Is this a pretty good location? No problem getting the room. How far is this from the lake? Gary

15-20 minutes to drive less than 9 miles, traffic must really suck around there.

ask for the indy masters at hobart when getting rooms. i just got a $15.00 discount and will hit them for sr cit discount when i get there. age has it rewards$$$$ red roof inn
