1/8 1992 bud plans

anyone know were I can get a set of plan for 1992 bud. I looked on newton site he only has 1990 bud plans.

The 90 and 92 boats are the same, other than maybe the engine air intake shape. What is more important is which hull do you want, T-2 that was first raced in 1987 or T-3 from 1989. The hulls were slightly different but I don't know exactly what those differences are.

But is that the 8701 or the 8901 hull? That is the question since both ran in 1992

The 8701 had a 132" picklefork, the 8901 was 144"

it all depends on what price I can get the paint for it. If build the bud or not

Was just doing some checking and found the hull has a 17" picklefork depth. That makes it a bit deep for the 8701 and a bit shallow for the 8901 but still legal for both

I drove a 1992 Budweiser 1/8th scale last weekend. Its a very pretty boat especially in the sun. I can get you some pictures of the model & maybe the paint codes next week if you like.

The boat I drove was a T3 just like the picture you posted. It belongs to Mike Board and is currently in a crate on the way home from Seattle.
