Awesome work! That thing is flying!
Love that little tug! Works nice!

Turnfin sponson went over a roller I created turning in the same spot.Great footage, amazing to see what's really going on.
When it rolled do you think it caught the outside edge, the fin let go or a bit of both?
Got some test time in Saturday with the TT boat. Switched over to the blue head 91 VAC and ran a couple tanks through to break the motor in. She is still rich in these videos. New turnfin helped.
Sorry TK, I realized I never responded to your question. The lay-up design is quasi-isotropic, consisting of three layers of carbon fiber on each side of a Divinycell H100 foam core center. So it's 1/4" foam with 0.035" 3-layer carbon on the sides.Very cool build Ty, I like your idea of having the templates drawn up and laser cut, man I wish I had your command of Solidworks!
Just curious what that plate you're using for the sides is made up of, two layers of 6oz cloth/side? Also, what's that bonding resin your using, it looks white?
Again, amazing work!
